born to learn

Most learning occurs in the first three years of a child’s life, starting with day one. That means that parents are a child’s first teachers.

CFC’s Early Head Start Homebase Program helps parents make good use of this precious time. During weekly visits to participating families’ homes, home visitor teachers and family advocates...
• share fun, educational activities to stimulate and train a growing child's brain
• link the family to medical, nutritional, mental health and other services as needed

In addition, the Homebase Program gather families twice a month to socialize with other families. The Homebase Program is open to eligible families with children from birth to age 3. We welcome children with disabilities.
